Dystany Spurlock Attempting NASCAR Truck Debut at Watkins Glen
If Spurlock qualifies, she’ll be the first Black woman to race in the history of the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series.
Joy joined Frontstretch in 2019 as a NASCAR DraftKings writer, expanding to news and iRacing coverage in 2020. She earned her B.A. degree in Liberal Studies at California State University Bakersfield in 2010.

Street has been the Performance Director this year for Richard Childress Racing.
The sponsorship will last through the rest of the season after the Indy 500.
He’ll drive the No. 33 in his second O’Reilly race.
It’ll be the team’s first attempt at the Indy 500 since 2023.
