Daniel Dye will make his NASCAR Cup Series debut, competing in four races for Live Fast Motorsports, the team announced April 20.
Dye will pilot the No. 78 starting at Talladega Superspeedway this weekend, with sponsorship from Champion Container Corporation.
He’s also scheduled to run at Pocono Raceway in June, Daytona International Speedway in August and the fall Talladega race in October.
Dye ran three NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series races for Kaulig Racing before agreeing to part ways after his suspension.
He drove in the ARCA Menards Series race at Kansas Speedway this past weekend, finishing second.
