Layne Riggs captured the pole for today’s NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Lime Rock Park (July 11).Â
It’s his first pole of the season and fifth of his career. It’s also Riggs’ first career pole on a road course. Riggs’ pole lap clocked in at 99.115 mph.Â
Connor Mosack will start second for the start of the race, sharing the front row with Riggs.
Kaden Honeycutt and Thomas Annunziata will share row two, starting third and fourth respectively.
Ty Majeski rounds out the top five in fifth. Landen Lewis will line up next to him in sixth.
Gio Ruggiero, Daniel Hemric, Chandler Smith and Jake Garcia all start in the top 10 for the beginning of the race as well.
Only one entry didn’t partake in the qualifying session, that being Colin Braun. He will start the race shotgun on the field in 33rd.Â
Lime Rock Truck Lineup
Today’s Truck Series race at Lime Rock Park is scheduled to go green at 1 p.m. ET, with television coverage being aired on FOX Sports 1.Â
