NASCAR announced it would bring back stage cautions for the Charlotte Motor Speedway ROVAL race in the playoffs. Frontstretch’s Bryan Nolen asks Jared Haas on his thoughts on the rule change at the ROVAL.

Martin Truex Jr. wrecked out last week at Kansas Speedway and is currently on the outside looking into the playoffs even though he was the regular season champion. With the playoff structure as is, can Truex make into the next round?

  1. They just want some crashes on restarts in turn 1. Plain and simple. Must add Drama. They are trying to turn Nascar into Indy. If I wanted to watch cars capable of turning right and left I would watch indy. I signed up 40 years ago to watch a bunch of rednecks bump each other in the corner with the side they aren’t sitting on!
