Ty Majeski began the 2026 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series season with a pole award at Daytona International Speedway for Feb. 13’s season-opening race.
Majeski set a fast lap of 176.883 mph to best former Daytona 500 winner Michael McDowell, who will start alongside in second.
Tanner Gray, Carson Hocevar and Grant Enfinger rounded out the top five, while Tyler Ankrum, Kaden Honeycutt, Jake Garcia, Gio Ruggiero and Chandler Smith qualified sixth through 10th, respectively.
Mini Tyrrell was given a provisional to make the field, giving the race 37 starters due to the new manufacturer provisionals NASCAR is currently giving for RAM teams.
Toni Breidinger, Norm Benning, Greg Van Alst, Tyler Tomassi, Justin Carroll, Bryan Dauzat and Timmy Hill failed to qualify.
