Happy Hour Podcast: Nick Leitz Joins for Yellow Line Debate, Weather Races & Ryan Blaney Dominance

On this week’s episode of Frontstretch Happy Hour, hosts Bryan Nolen, Michael Massie and Dalton Hopkins are joined by NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series part-time racer Nick Leitz to discuss his recent Young’s Motorsports effort at EchoPark Speedway and his future NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series starts with TRICON Garage.

Afterward, the group reacts to the recent yellow line ruling on Bubba Wallace at the end of Sunday (July 12) night’s NASCAR Cup Series race. The yellow line rule has been a hot topic for NASCAR fans in the last couple decades. Is it time to make a change to it? Why do we have it in the first place?

Then, the Frontstretch trio react to the late-night finish to the late Sunday night start to the Cup race at Atlanta. Should Sunday night races continue? What should be done to prevent future late-night finishes?

Finally, Ryan Blaney‘s success despite Ford’s struggles begs the question of just how good Blaney actually is. If he were with a different manufacturer or team, would he be the one to beat every week?
