Chase Howard will compete in the two ARCA Menards Series dirt track races for Rise Racing, he announced on July 14.

Howard will compete on Sunday, Aug. 23, at the Illinois State Fairgrounds and Sunday, Sept. 6, at the DuQuoin State Fairgrounds.
He did not specify which car number he would be driving. Rise has fielded Bobby Dale Earnhardt full time in the No. 89, and the team did not further comment.
Howard debuted in ARCA in 2025, competing at DuQuoin, Salem Speedway and the ARCA Menards Series West season finale at Phoenix Raceway. Howard finished seventh at DuQuoin, his lone top 10.
Earnhardt is seventh in the driver point standings with one top 10, a ninth-place result in the season opener at Daytona International Speedway.
In the owners’ standings, Rise’s No. 89 is 12th, 52 points out of 10th place.
