Sigma Performance Services has acquired AM Racing, with the organizations combining to compete across multiple racing series in 2026, Sigma announced Nov. 24.
As part of the acquisition, AM will be folded into the Sigma banner, giving the latter a newfound presence in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series.
It’ll also continue fielding cars in the ARCA Menards Series and will have an expanded late model program.
“Bringing AM Racing into the SPS Racing family is about building on momentum and unlocking our next level potential,” Joe Farre, Sigma owner, said in a team release. “With Ford Racing behind us, we’re investing in people, data and performance to set us up to contend right away in 2026. We’re excited for what’s ahead.”
“AM Racing has always been about work ethic, integrity and giving racers a real shot to grow — and SPS Racing shares that DNA, AM’s Wade Moore added. “This transition ensures our mission continues — with renewed strength, expanded resources and a clear drive to win.”
The release did not specify Sigma’s specific plans for the season for its entries. In 2025, AM entered the No. 25 in O’Reilly full time for Harrison Burton, plus a part-time No. 76 for Kole Raz. Raz and the No. 76 also ran multiple ARCA races.
Sigma, meanwhile, ran the full ARCA Menards Series East schedule with Tyler Reif in 2025 and also competed part time in the national series and in the ARCA Menards Series West.
