The Pit Straight: Oliver Bearman Shines in Mexico City

Lando Norris captured the win and stole the points lead away from Oscar Piastri at the Mexico City Grand Prix on Sunday (Oct. 29), his first-ever win at the Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez. On this episode of “The Pit Straight“, Wyatt Watson and Alex Gintz recap the race for the top three title contenders and how Norris’ win impacts their championship aspirations.

The real story, however, is that Haas F1 Team’s Oliver Bearman finished fourth, his career-best finish after starting ninth and surviving a chaotic start of the race. The two discuss how this bodes for the Ferrari talent’s future in Formula 1 and the team’s Constructors’ Championship efforts for the final four races.

Finally, the duo reflects on the motorsports career of the now-retired Marco Andretti and the legacy he left both on and off the track.
