Brandon Jones Back With JRM for 2024

Brandon Jones will race for JR Motorsports in 2024 to continue driving the No. 9 Chevrolet Camaro in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, JRM announced Sept. 15.

Frontstretch initially broke the news that Jones would return.

He will continue his sponsorship with Menards, a partnership that dates back to 2015.

“Competing for race wins and series championships alongside John Menard and Dale Earnhardt Jr. is a driver’s dream come true, especially since both have worked together with great success before,” Jones said in a team release. “The partnership between the two organizations is top-notch and I am excited for the opportuning to continue that success.”

Through 26 races in 2023, Jones has accumulated three top fives and seven top 10s. He is down compared to 2022, his final season with Joe Gibbs Racing, which saw him grab six top fives and 13 top 10s, plus one win.

He’s the second driver to be announced to JRM’s 2024 stable, following Sam Mayer.
