William Sawalich won the pole for Thursday’s (Sept. 14) ARCA race at Bristol Motor Speedway. The 200-lap race is a combination race for the ARCA Menards Series and ARCA Menards Series East.
Sawalich leads the East standings by a comfortable margin and Bristol is the East season finale.
Jesse Love, who leads the national series points, will start second. Love posted the fastest lap in the practice session. Love too has an opportunity to clinch the main sreies title at Bristol as well.
ARCA Menards Series West regular Landen Lewis starts third driving the No. 97 CR7 Motorsports Chevrolet. Lewis is making his fifth career national series start and his second career East start.
Luke Fenhaus, who’s second in East points, starts fourth and Conner Jones slots in fifth.
Jake Finch, Kaden Honeycutt, Jack Wood, Andres Perez de Lara and Sean Hingorani complete the starting top 10 in sixth through 10th, respectively.
With 32 entrants, all will take the green flag for tonight’s race.
