Jesse Love, car owner Billy Venturini and crew member Kurt Smith have been fined following the ARCA Menards Series season finale at Toledo Speedway, with Venturini receiving an additional one-race suspension, ARCA announced Oct. 14.
Love drove the No. 20 for Venturini Motorsports in the race.
Venturini received a $1,500 fine, while those for Love and Smith tallied $500.
According to ARCA, the penalties and suspension stem from violations of section 12-8.1 of ARCA’s rule book, which references conduct guidelines.
Smith is the father of Kyle Busch Motorsports’ Sammy Smith, who won the race after contact with Love in the waning laps of the event.
Love confronted Smith while the latter was still in his car after during his victory celebration.

Nick Sanchez was the eventual 2022 title winner at Toledo.
