Fans of professional wrestling may remember the name Mr. Perfect. He was a professional wrestler who was, well … absolutely perfect. On Sunday (Sept. 27) at Kansas Speedway during the Hollywood Casino 400, Kyle Larson was absolutely perfect.
Stock Car Scoop host Eric Schneck takes a look at Sunday’s Hollywood Casino 400, which included Larson winning each stage, leading an astonishing 235 laps out of 267, winning the race and scoring 76 championship points.
Larson wasn’t the whole story on Sunday, however, as Chase Briscoe did make a run towards the end, including passing Larson for the lead late. However, it was all for naught as Larson was able to get back by Briscoe in the closing laps to seal up the victory.
Also, Carson Hocevar was in the headlines once again. This time, Brad Keselowski pushed through Hocevar on a stage two restart, which caused Hocevar to collide with Ty Gibbs. It didn’t seem like too much of a story post-race, so hopefully Keselowski vs. Hocevar can officially be put to rest.
