Layne Riggs on Bristol Truck Pole Following Qualifying Cancelation

After qualifying for Thursday night’s (Sept. 17) NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race was cancelled due to rain, Layne Riggs has taken the pole position for tonight’s event.

It’s Riggs’ fifth pole of the 2026 season.

Starting on the first row beside Riggs is his Front Row Motorsports teammate, Chandler Smith.

Kaden Honeycutt, Tristan McKee and Stewart Friesen complete the top five, while William Sawalich, Daniel Hemric, Ty Majeski, Justin Haley and Grant Enfinger round out the top 10.

Justin Carroll failed to qualify for the 36-truck field.

The green flag for tonight’s UNOH 200 is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET, with television coverage provided by FOX Sports 1.
