Through The Gears: NASCAR Betting Odds for Sonoma

For the last time in 2026, the NASCAR Cup Series will race on a road course this weekend. Take a closer look at who’s the favorite to take the checkered flag as the season hits the halfway point.

On Sunday (June 28), the Toyota/Save Mart 350 will be held at Sonoma Raceway in Wine Country, giving road course ace Shane van Gisbergen one last chance to get a leg up on his Chase bubble competition. He currently leads the field at -165 odds to win per DraftKings.

SVG is looking to rebound after his early exit from the San Diego street course last weekend. That tough break also involved teammate Connor Zilisch, currently holding the second-best odds this weekend at +600 as he seeks his first Cup win.

Tyler Reddick is next up at +900, hoping to stay ahead of Denny Hamlin in the standings; he’s now just eight points up on his 23XI Racing co-owner. Further back, Ryan Blaney is listed as the top Ford with only +1,600 odds to win, slotted behind Kyle Larson, who holds the fourth-best odds. The defending Cup champion is listed at +1,100 as the California native heads to a track he’s won at twice before, most recently in 2024.

Host Michael Bellifemini breaks down the field, going over favorites, underdogs and potential side props. Bellifemini also discusses fantasy options and makes his picks for the In-Season Challenge.
