Patrick Staropoli has added even more dates to his 2025 racing schedule, joining Cook Racing Technologies for multiple events this year, CRT announced March 24.
Staropoli will compete in CRT’s No. 84 in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series starting this weekend at Martinsville Speedway.
He’ll also drive the team’s No. 17 in the ARCA Menards Series, with his first race scheduled at Kansas Speedway.
Syfovre will sponsor the effort.
Staropoli’s reveal follows announced stints for the driver in ARCA with Venturini Motorsports and in the NASCAR Xfinity Series with Sam Hunt Racing this year.
“Competing at the upper levels of stock car racing has always been a dream of mine, and I’m so honored to be able to combine my passion for medicine and motorsports,” Staropoli said in a team release. “I’m looking forward to working with Bruce’s team throughout the season, and I can’t wait to kick it off at one of NASCAR’s most popular short tracks.”
“I look forward to working with Patrick on and off the track,” CRT owner Bruce Cook added. “He’s a great guy with a natural ability to race, and his determination fits right in with our program. We’re thankful for the opportunity to work with him and the Syfovre team this season.”
Staropoli is looking to run double duty at Martinsville this weekend, as he’ll also be entered in SHR’s No. 24 in the Xfinity Series.
He has one previous Truck start, a 31st-place finish at Homestead-Miami Speedway in 2016.
He finished eighth in his first ARCA race for Venturini this year, coming at Phoenix Raceway.
The rest of Staropoli’s schedule with Cook was not announced in the release.
