Josh Bilicki Gets Sponsorship for Chicagoland

Josh Bilicki has picked up new sponsorship next weekend at Chicagoland Speedway in the form of Insurance King.

Insurance King is an insurance provider based in Rockford, Ill.

Its black and yellow colors will be on Bilicki’s No. 93 Chevrolet Camaro in the NASCAR Xfinity Series on Saturday, as well as the No. 34 Chevy Silverado of Reaume Brothers Racing on Friday night.

“I’m extremely excited to begin this partnership with Insurance King at Chicagoland Speedway,” Bilicki said in a press release. “The Chicagoland race weekend is a home race for Insurance King, and it almost feels like a home race to me, too.”

The sponsorship was a spur-of-the-moment decision for the company’s president, Dan Block, after Bilicki contacted him through a Facebook message.

“Josh sent a mock-up of how the car would look, and it was just like one of our vehicles,” Block said. “I was impressed with his marketing strategy, and made a spontaneous decision to sponsor Mr. Bilicki.  We are excited for the opportunity as we know many of our customers enjoy the sport of racing.”

Bilicki has run 13 races for RSS Racing in both their Nos. 38 and 93 cars, with a best finish of 21st at Michigan International Speedway. He is 33rd in the Xfinity driver standings with 71 points, and has run one NGOTS race this year, running 18th at Kansas Speedway.

The Camping World 225 NGOTS race will be Friday, June 28, at 9 p.m. ET on Fox Sports 1, while the NXS Camping World 300 will go green about 3:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, June 29, on NBC Sports Network.
