Team Penske announced a multi-year partnership with automotive company Dent Wizard on Tuesday (May 21), with the reconditioning and protection product supplier signing on as Ryan Blaney‘s primary sponsor for two races this season.
The new blue-and-white scallop scheme will debut on Aug. 17 at Bristol Motor Speedway and return on Oct. 13 for the NASCAR Monster Energy Cup Series’ playoff race at Talladega Superspeedway, according to a press release.
“It’s great to build a new relationship with Dent Wizard and have them as part of the No. 12 Mustang team,” Blaney said in a press statement. “I hope to bring their brand a ton of new exposure at two great tracks later this year and into the future.”
“Dent Wizard has established itself as an industry leader and we welcome them as our newest partner at Team Penske,” added team owner Roger Penske. “We are excited to work with Dent Wizard to help build the company’s brand and showcase its services.”
The company is the latest to join the Ford team, as Penske has added multiple sponsors since expanding to a three-car team, among them DeVilBiss, MoneyLion and Menards.
In 12 Cup starts in 2019, Blaney has four top fives and four top 10s, his best finish a third-place run at ISM Raceway after starting from the pole. He’s 10th in points entering Charlotte Motor Speedway this weekend.
