Richard Childress Racing announced on Tuesday that they, in conjunction with Circle Sport Racing, will be fielding an entry for Ty Dillon in the Quicken Loans 400 at Michigan International Speedway in June.
Dillon will drive Circle Sport’s No. 33 Chevrolet, which will be sponsored by Pfizer Inc. product Nexium 24HR, an OTC heartburn medication.
The No. 33 is currently 34th in Sprint Cup owner’s points. Brian Scott, Michael Annett, Alex Kennedy and Dillon have all raced in the car this season.
Dillon, who has three career Sprint Cup starts, owns a best career finish of 25th last fall at Atlanta. In his other 2015 start in the Daytona 500, he finished 28th.
He currently races full-time for RCR in the Xfinity Series, where he leads the points with three top fives and six top 10s through eight races.
