Carson Brown plans to make his NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series debut at Iowa Speedway, Jordan Anderson Racing announced Aug. 3.
Brown will drive JAR’s No. 32 in the event with sponsorship from Distributor Wire and Cable.
“I’ve been fortunate to race with great teams, filled with really smart and driven people, who have prepared me for this moment,” Brown said in a team release. “The O’Reilly Series is a big step, but it’s the right step and I’m definitely ready for it. It’s an awesome opportunity and I’m proud to be doing it with Chevrolet, Jordan Anderson Racing Bommarito Autosport and Distributor Wire & Cable.”
Brown is a Richard Childress Racing development driver who competes part time in the ARCA Menards Series for Pinnacle Racing Group.
In 2026, he has three top fives and four top 10s in five ARCA Menards Series East starts after skipping the season opener, and in the national series, he boasts one win, six top fives and six top 10s, his victory coming in the ARCA Menards Series West combination race at Phoenix Raceway.
Brown is the second East driver to announce their NASCAR national series debut in as many weeks, following Tristan McKee, who revealed a five-race NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series schedule with Spire Motorsports last week. McKee and Brown both drive for PRG in ARCA.
“I’ve watched Carson’s progression for several years, going back to when he was racing dirt late models and then making the transition into asphalt super late models,” team owner Jordan Anderson said. “It has been impressive to see how quickly he has adapted everywhere he has gone. Whether it has been late models, road racing or ARCA, he has continued to step into new situations, learn quickly and perform at a high level.
