Tristan McKee Captures Pole for ARCA East Race at Rockingham

After winning the 2026 ARCA Menards Series East season opener at Hickory Motor Speedway, Tristan McKee captured the pole at Rockingham Speedway on Saturday, April 4.

It’s his first career pole award. McKee also posted the fastest lap in practice.

Max Reaves will start second. Joe Gibbs Racing won the 2025 East race at Rockingham with Brent Crews.

McKee and Reaves also finished 1-2 at Hickory.

After missing Hickory due to a scheduling conflict, Carson Brown will start third, giving Pinnacle Racing Group two of the top three starters.

Gavan Boschele and Connor Hall will start fourth and fifth.

Reigning East champion Isaac Kitzmiller will start sixth, followed by Garrett “Cleetus McFarland” Mitchell in seventh.

Wesley Slimp, Quinn Davis and Cory Roper complete the top 10 in eighth through 10th, respectively.

Also of note, George “Squirrel McNutt” Siciliano will start 11th after debuting with a 13th-place run at Hickory.

Ryan Huff and Brad Smith withdrew from the race, so the field will have 22 participants with zero DNQs.
