Cup Series Phoenix Entry List
The Cup Series makes its first of two visits to the one-mile Avondale, Ariz., track this weekend for the Straight Talk Wireless 500. Tyler Reddick looks to keep his momentum going, coming off his third consecutive win of the season last weekend at COTA.
Race coverage begins at 3:30 p.m. ET on FOX Sports 1, with radio coverage provided by the Motor Racing Network, with the radio broadcast simulcasted on SIRIUSXM NASCAR Channel 90.
Thirty-seven drivers are included on this weekend’s entry list, meaning that no drivers will fail to qualify.
The lone open car entered this weekend is the Richard Childress Racing No. 33, being driven this weekend by Austin Hill.
Phoenix marks the first of five Cup Series races this year for the NOAPS veteran.
O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Phoenix Entry List
Like the Cup Series, the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series will have its first short track race of the season at Phoenix.
Coverage of the GOVX 200 begins at 7:30 p.m. ET on the CW, with radio coverage provided by the Motor Racing Network.
This weekend, 40 drivers are entered, meaning two drivers will not make the field on Saturday.
Garrett Smithley returns to drive the No. 0 Chevrolet for SS-Green Light Racing.
Current Craftsman Truck Series driver Chandler Smith makes his return to the series this weekend, piloting the No. 5 Ford for Hettinger Racing.
Austin J. Hill swaps rides this weekend, driving the No. 30 for Barrett-Cope Racing, while Blake Lothian replaces Hill in Joey Gase Motorsports’ No. 35 for Phoenix.
Rajah Caruth‘s first start in Jordan Anderson Racing’s No. 32 Chevrolet will be Saturday, while Cup Series star William Byron replaces Caruth in his first NOAPS start of the year in JR Motorsports’ No. 88.
Nathan Byrd will compete in the No. 42 Young’s Motorsports Chevrolet.
Daniel Dye will make his second start of the season in AM Racing’s part-time No. 52 Ford.
Joey Gase will be behind the wheel of his organization’s No. 55 Chevrolet, while Dawson Cram will race for Mike Harmon Racing in the team’s No. 74 Chevrolet.
Mason Maggio returns to the No. 91 DGM Racing Chevrolet after Carson Kvapil made his first start for the team last weekend at COTA.
