Jeremy Clements and his family-owned Jeremy Clements Racing team have reached an agreement to have a technical alliance with Haas Factory Team for the 2026 NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series season, JCR announced Nov. 17.
Though Clements’ No. 51 will remain a Chevrolet, it’ll do so via a partnership that finds the car fielded out of Haas’ Kannapolis, N.C., facility.
“We’ve always fought hard as a single-car team, but this is a major opportunity for us, and partnering with the Haas Factory Team means a lot,” Clements said in a release. “We’re excited for what’s ahead!”
In 2025, Clements, who has been competing full time in the series since 2011, earned four top 10s and finished 21st in points.
He has two wins in the series, the most recent coming in 2022.
Haas fields two O’Reilly cars for Sheldon Creed and Sam Mayer. It’s moving its operation to Chevrolet for 2026, moving from Ford.
Kevin Rutherford is the executive editor of Frontstretch, a position he gained in 2025 after being the managing editor since 2015, and serving on the editing staff since 2013.
At his day job, he's a journalist covering music and rock charts at Billboard. He lives in New York City, but his heart is in Ohio -- you know, like that Hawthorne Heights song.

I think a great move for both. Jeremy Clements’ team has grit and determination and will be an asset to Haas and Haas has the means to help JCR. This COULD be a win-win.
Interesting. I had not seen that Haas is moving to Chevy next year. That leaves what, Sieg as a full time Ford team in O’ReillyXfinityBuschWide?
Seems Ford continues to slowly scale back their support of NASCAR, especially in the lower national series. Can’t say I blame them, but would be interesting to see what becomes of NASCAR if Ford eventually pulls the plug altogether.
