Justin Haley and Spire Motorsports have agreed to part ways at the end of the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season, the team announced Oct. 14.
“This is a decision that was not taken lightly,” Spire Motorsports co-owner Jeff Dickerson said in a release. “Justin has been a member of the Spire family since he was a teenager. We’ve watched Justin grow from a young driver trying to make his mark in the sport to a proven winner. He helped strengthen our organization into what it is today. He made us winners and returned home after forging his own path in the Cup Series.
“Justin is the embodiment of a true racer who has quietly become a respected competitor within the NASCAR garage and will be an incredible asset to his next team.”
Plans for the organization’s No. 7 Chevrolet will come at a later date.
Haley joined Spire in 2019 and scored his first and to-date only Cup win with the organization to date at Daytona International Speedway, marking the team’s first victory. He rejoined the organization toward the end of 2024 after stints with Kaulig Racing and Rick Ware Racing.
In 33 starts this season, Haley has one top five and two top-10 finishes, with a best result of third in the Daytona International Speedway summer race.
Haley has not yet commented on his departure.
