Layne Riggs will start on the pole for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series playoff opener in Darlington, posting a lap of 167.705 mph on Friday, Aug. 29.
It’s the second pole for Riggs in 2025 and he’ll start alongside his Front Row Motorsports teammate Chandler Smith.
Corey Heim put his TRICON Toyota in third with Grant Enfinger qualifying in fourth and Kaden Honeycutt completing the top five in fifth.
Gio Ruggiero, Daniel Hemric, Ty Majeski, Corey LaJoie and Tyler Ankrum qualified sixth through 10th in order.
With 31 trucks on the entry list, all drivers will compete on Saturday in Darlington.
