When filling out your NASCAR In-Season Challenge bracket, hopefully you kept in mind that the very first race was at Atlanta’s EchoPark Speedway. You know, a drafting track where big wrecks could and very well might occur, making for plenty of unlikely upsets?

That’s exactly what happened Saturday (June 28) night, when a number of highly-seeded drivers — including No. 1 seed Denny Hamlin — were caught up in one or more incidents. The largest of those collected more than half the field.

NASCAR In-Season Challenge: Updated Bracket, Matchups for Chicago

The Chicago Street Race could definitely make the tournament’s round of 16 interesting, though probably not as unpredictable as Atlanta. Here’s what the matchups look like for the race that will cut the field in half again to eight, which takes place Sunday, July 6.
