Joey Logano Takes Atlanta Cup Pole

Joey Logano has captured the pole on a tiebreaker over Josh Berry at EchoPark Speedway with a lap of 178.960 mph on Friday (June 27).

Logano ran the same time as Wood Brothers Racing driver Berry, who will start second after losing the tiebreaker to Logano.

Logano’s Team Penske teammates will start in row two with Ryan Blaney in third and Austin Cindric qualifying in fourth. Ryan Preece completes the top five starters in fifth.

Brad Keselowski, Cole Custer, Zane Smith, Alex Bowman and Chase Briscoe qualify sixth through 10th, respectively.

With 40 drivers on the entry list, all drivers will race Saturday night in Atlanta.

The first race of the in-season tournament takes place at EchoPark Speedway on Saturday (June 28) at 7:00 p.m. ET on TNT.
