Rita Goulet Running Full ARCA East in 2024

Rita Goulet will run full time in the ARCA Menards Series East in 2024, Frontstretch has confirmed.

She will drive the No. 31 for Rise Motorsports with primary sponsorship from the National Police Association, the team announced on Facebook on Sept. 19.

“We at Rise Motorsports are very excited to be able to announce that the National Police Association (www.nationalpolice.org) will be joining us as primary sponsor of Rita Goulet’s 2024 ARCA East Series season, as well as select ARCA National Series races!” the team stated in the announcement. “We’re proud to bring the message of #supportthepolice to the NASCAR and ARCA community and fans, as well as partnering with police related community and fundraising efforts near the cities we race in.”

Goulet debuted in ARCA in 2022 at Berlin Raceway. She contested six of the eight East events in 2023. Overall, she has made eight career starts in the ARCA Menards Series and seven in the East.

Rise fielded the No. 31 full time in the East in 2023 and registered one top 10, a 10th-place run by Derrick McGrew Jr., en route to a ninth-place finish in the owner’s point standings.

The organization has also entered its No. 31 in 11 of the 18 national division events, highlighted by two top 10s scored by Brayton Laster in the two dirt track races.

Goulet becomes the second driver to declare her candidacy for the 2024 East title, joining champion William Sawalich.

The 2024 East schedule has not been released yet as the series completed its 2023 season at Bristol Motor Speedway.
