Stock Car Scoop: How Impactful Was Daniel Suarez’s Victory at Sonoma?

With a dominant triumph at Sonoma, Daniel Suarez scored his first-ever win in the NASCAR Cup Series on Sunday (June 12) afternoon in wine country. With the No. 99’s triumph, Trackhouse Racing Team won its third race of 2022 and Suarez became the 12th different winner of the season. Chris Buescher and Michael McDowell followed Suarez in second and third, respectively, rounding out an underdog top three.

This is major. You now have someone from outside the US with a dynamic personality and no woe is me attitude. He has the face and personality to capture an entire ethnic group.
Some other folks can learn from him.
