The inaugural Busch Light Clash to be held at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum will have 36 cars entered, according to the preliminary entry list released Jan. 13.
The list features each of the 36 chartered teams in the NASCAR Cup Series in 2022.
As previously reported, Ryan Preece will compete in the No. 15 for Rick Ware Racing. Meanwhile, the team’s No. 51 will be piloted by Cody Ware.
Landon Cassill is entered in Spire Motorsports’ No. 77.
BJ McLeod takes the wheel of Live Fast Motorsports’ No. 78.
Kaulig Racing’s second car, the No. 16, will feature AJ Allmendinger.

The 2022 Clash is scheduled for Feb. 6 at 6 p.m. ET, with coverage on FOX.

Yeah I wonder how much pressure the powers that be put on chartered teams to show up. It wouldn’t look good if only 15 teams showed up. Seems like a waste for teams on a tight budget.
I bet it wasn’t pressure. I bet they were ordered to go. Another very stupid gimmick on Nascar’s part. Some teams don’t have enough parts for 3 cars and nascar is making them go to a clown show.
