Lance Stroll disclosed on his social media pages that he had tested positive for COVID-19 after the Eifel Grand Prix in Formula 1.
Racing Point said Stroll hadn’t been feeling well, but had several tests come back negative after the F1 event at Russia. Nico Hulkenberg filled in for Stroll and finished eighth in the Eifel GP.
Stroll said he is “feeling 100% and have since tested negative” for the virus. Additionally, he said “I feel in great shape and I can’t wait to be back with the team and to race in Portugal.”
