Myatt Snider Wins Kentucky Xfinity Pole

By virtue of his 15th-place finish in the 2020 Shady Rays 200, Myatt Snider is the pole-sitter for the second race of the NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Kentucky Speedway.

Snider gained one position in the championship standings following the first race of the doubleheader. After 14 races this season, he is in 12th place, four points above the playoff cut line.

Rookie drivers Jesse Little and Joe Graf Jr. will start second and third, respectively. Jeremy Clements will start fourth, and Noah Gragson, who started first in the first race of the Kentucky doubleheader, will start fifth.

Due to the driver change in the No. 8 JR Motorsports Chevrolet, Daniel Hemric will drop to the rear of the field. Jeb Burton drove the No. 8 Chevrolet in the first race of the doubleheader. He finished in 34th with a DNF due to damage on his lap 1 wreck.

2020 Alsco 300 Starting Lineup

With the doubleheader, teams are not allowed to make certain adjustments to the car. If teams make those adjustments, their driver must fall to the rear of the field before the start of the race.

The Alsco 300 will take place on Friday, July 10 at 8 p.m. ET with TV coverage provided by Fox Sports 1.

WITH ONLY 12 DECENT TEAMS, IT WOULD BE A NO-BRAINER TO FIELD A NEW CAR AT THE REAR AND BE IN TOP 10 WITHIN 20 LAPS !!!
