Angela Ruch Joins Reaume Brothers Racing for 2020

Angela Ruch will drive full time in the NASCAR Gander RV & Outdoors Truck Series in 2020 for Reaume Brothers Racing, the team announced Wednesday, Jan. 29.

Ruch will drive the No. 00, a new number for the team, in 2020.

Ruch competed in 10 Truck Series events in 2019 — eight with Niece Motorsports. She earned one top 10 and finished 23rd on average. 2020 would mark her first full-time season in a NASCAR national series.

According to posts by RBR on Reddit, the team will field three trucks in 2020, the Nos. 00, 33, and 34. Last season it also ran the No. 32 part time.

Ruch marks RBR’s first full-time driver; multiple racers competed in the trucks throughout 2019, including owner Josh Reaume, who will pilot the No. 34 truck in an unspecified amount of races.

Full details about Ruch’s sponsorship and crew chief have yet to be announced.
