Bubba Wallace has picked up new sponsorship for the Charlotte Motor Speedway ROVAL, Richard Petty Motorsports announced Wednesday, Sept. 18.
Wallace will pilot the LeithCars.com car on Sept. 29 for the final race in the round of 16 in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series.
LeithCars.com previously sponsored Timmy Hill at the course last season in the Xfinity Series, as well as in the first race of 2019 at Daytona International Speedway.
Wallace has five road course starts in his Cup Series career and has a career-best runner-up finish at Daytona in 2018. He also finished third at Indianapolis Motor Speedway this season.
The Bank of America ROVAL 400 is scheduled for Sept. 29 at 2:30 p.m. ET. Television coverage will be provided by NBC.

Also bubba finishes 28th in most cup races, just in front of the part time racers. So getting any sponsorship is a big deal for bubba, even if they are only furnishing the water bottles for the team. It definitely deserves it’s own frontstretch story.
