Entry List: Pennsylvania 400

The Sprint Cup Series returns to Pocono Raceway for the track’s second race weekend of the season.

As of Monday, there are 40 cars entered and none will go home, barring any entry list updates.

After Jeb Burton made his return to the XFINITY Series last weekend with the No. 98 team, he will be back behind the wheel of a Sprint Cup car on Sunday. He will pilot the No. 32 for Go FAS Racing for the second time in 2016 and second time at Pocono. In June, he finished 29th after starting 39th.

Jeff Gordon will drive the No. 88 Nationwide Chevrolet for Hendrick Motorsports again this weekend as Dale Earnhardt, Jr. continues to recover from concussion-like symptoms. Gordon finished 13th at Indianapolis in his first race since retiring at the end of the 2015 season. A decision on who will compete in this car at Watkins Glen will be made next week.

Kurt Busch will look for a season sweep at the “Tricky Triangle” this weekend. When he captured the victory in June, he had substitute crew chief Johnny Klausmeier on the pit box in place of the suspended Tony Gibson. Gibson will call the shots for the No. 41 team this weekend as they look for a second win in 2016.

Action from Pocono will begin on Friday at 11 a.m. with opening practice followed by qualifying at 4:15 p.m. (all times ET). Saturday will feature final practice at 11 a.m. ahead of Sunday’s Pennsylvania 400 at 1:30 p.m. on NBC Sports Network.
