On Tuesday, Matt Kenseth teamed up with Dollar General Literacy Foundation to release the first book in a four part series. The book, entitled Matt Kenseth’s Race Against Bullying was released to coincide with National Youth Literacy Day.
“As a parent of three small children, it’s natural to worry about the issues they will face while growing up,” said Kenseth in a team release. “Both Katie and I believe that openly talking about these issues is the best way to prepare them. This book is designed to help families discuss the effects of bullying with their kids. We believe it’s important our kids not only know how to deal with a bully, but also understand that it’s not OK to act like one.”
The book retails for just $3 and will be sold in Dollar General stores as well as online at dollargeneral.com.

He should sign the first couple of books and give one each to Ryan Newman and Carl Edwards!!!!!!!!!!!!
BTW: Using public forums to make snide personal remarks like this F R Dan is akin to bullying. If you can’t say anything nice….still applies.
Good for you Matt! Bullying is an ugly, cowardly epidemic in our schools and social media and any and all efforts to eliminate it is applauded.
