Nick Sanchez will return to Spire Motorsports for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Kansas Speedway this weekend, the team announced Sept. 21.
Sanchez will run the No. 77 with sponsorship from Freeway Insurance.
Sanchez has made two Truck Series starts in 2026, one with Spire’s No. 77 and the other with Henderson Motorsports’ No. 75. He finished fifth at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park with Spire and 20th at Bristol with Henderson.
He started the season in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series with AM Racing, followed by starts with Peterson Racing Group after AM’s closure. Sanchez has competed in 16 races and has recorded one top five and two top-10 finishes.
Brennan Poole will drive Spire’s other truck, the No. 7, at Kansas for his first start in the series of 2026.
