It’s back to oval racing for the NASCAR Cup Series and NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series, as teams head to Chicagoland Speedway for the first time since 2019.
Here’s a look at who’s running in each series this Fourth of July weekend.
NASCAR Cup Chicago Entry List
Cup drivers will compete in the second round of the In-Season Challenge this weekend at Chicagoland. Coverage for the eero 400 starts Sunday, July 5 at 6 p.m. ET on TNT Sports.
There are 39 cars entered for the Cup Series race, so all will qualify. Teams will have a practice session on Friday at 6 p.m. ET airing on truTV. Then on Saturday, they’re set to qualify at 3 p.m. ET (also on truTV).
Naval Base Coronado winner Corey Heim is back in the No. 67 23XI Racing entry.
JJ Yeley returns with NY Racing Team in the No. 44.
Josh Bilicki‘s driving the No. 66 for Garage 66.
NASCAR O’Reilly Chicago Entry List
The O’Reilly Series teams head to the Windy City for racing on the 1.5-mile Chicagoland. The race runs on Saturday, July 4 at 5:30 p.m. ET and airs on the CW.
With 38 cars currently entered, all will make the race, barring any last-minute additions. O’Reilly’s practice is on Friday at 4:30 p.m. ET on the CW app, while qualifying is on Saturday at 1:30 p.m. ET on the CW.
Connor Zilisch will pilot the No. 1 for JR Motorsports, with Carson Kvapil in the No. 9 this weekend. Chase Elliott makes his first O’Reilly start of the season in the No. 88.
Cole Custer drives the No. 00 for SS-Green Light Racing.
Rajah Caruth moves to the No. 32 with Jordan Anderson Racing.
Nick Sanchez returns in the No. 87 of Peterson Racing Group.
Tyler Tomassi runs for Joey Gase Motorsports in the No. 53.
Leland Honeyman‘s in the No. 92 for DGM Racing.
Dawson Cram will drive the No. 47 for Mike Harmon Racing.
RSS Racing’s No. 38 and DGM’s No. 92 are listed as to be announced.
