Truck Qualifying at St. Petersburg Canceled, Connor Mosack on Pole

Qualifying for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series at St. Petersburg has been canceled due to rain on Friday, Feb. 27.

The lineup will be set according to the metric system, which hands the pole to Spire Motorsports driver Connor Mosack.

TRICON Garage driver Gio Ruggiero will start second with James Hinchcliffe starting third in his first Truck Series start. Ben Rhodes will start fourth with Chandler Smith completing the top five in fifth.

Dario Franchitti, Wesley Slimp, Landen Lewis, Jake Garcia and Adam Andretti will start sixth through 10th, respectively.

With 36 trucks on the entry list, all drivers will compete in Saturday’s first Truck race at St. Petersburg.
