Tim Richmond will run up to four ARCA Menards Series races in 2026, he confirmed to Frontstretch.
Richmond will pilot his No. 27, which for the second straight year will come out of the Empire Racing Group shop.
Richmond will make his first start at Daytona International Speedway, where he qualified 15th. He has six starts at the 2.5-mile superspeedway, scoring his career-best finish of fifth there in 2024.
Depending on the outcome of Daytona, Richmond will be at Talladega Superspeedway. He has six starts there as well, albeit with four DNFs.
Hailing from Ottawa, Ill., Richmond will partake in the series return to Chicagoland Speedway on July 3. At his home racetrack, Richmond finished 12th in the 2019 edition, also the last time the series visited the 1.5-mile circuit.
Richmond will wrap up his 2026 slate at Bristol Motor Speedway. In two trips to the 0.533-mile short track, Richmond has a pair of 16th-place results.
Overall, Richmond has made 60 career starts with one top five and two top 10s. In his rookie season of 2019, he wound up eighth in points. However, 2019 and 2020 were the only two years in which Richmond participated in at least half of the ARCA season.
