Bringing the Heat: Reacting to Day 5 of the NASCAR vs. 23XI/FRM Trial

Bringing the Heat host Trey Lyle and Michael Massie are back to talk day five of the NASCAR vs. 23XI/Front Row Motorsports antitrust trial, joined by Dalton Hopkins, who attended the Dec. 5 hearing.

Lyle opens the podcast by asking Hopkins for his takeaways from the day’s proceedings and the overall vibe as the first week of the trial wrapped up.

They then dive into the day’s most significant testimony from Heather Gibbs of Joe Gibbs Racing, who detailed the tense final day of charter negotiations — including NASCAR’s “take it or leave it” offer.
