Parker Retzlaff announced on Monday, Nov. 3 that he will not return to Alpha Prime Racing in 2026.
Retzlaff joined the team at the beginning of the year for a full NASCAR Xfinity Series season after two seasons at Jordan Anderson Racing.
”I can’t thank Tommy Joe Martins, Caesar Bacarella & Team Alpha Prime enough for giving me the opportunities this season and allowing me to continue to chase this dream of mine,” Retzlaff said in a statement on X.
Retzlaff said his 2026 plans will be announced at a later date.
In his lone season with APR, Retzlaff scored three top 10s, highlighted by a career-best second-place finish at Rockingham Speedway in April. He managed a 22nd-place points finish despite failing to qualify for a race at Circuit of the Americas.
