Andy Street to Crew Chief Kyle Busch for Rest of Season

Andy Street will be Kyle Busch’s crew chief for the rest of the year in the NASCAR Cup Series, Richard Childress Racing announced Oct. 1.

Street will take over for Randall Burnett, who’s joining Trackhouse Racing next season.

Burnett will stay with RCR in a support role through the end of the year.

Street most recently was crew chief for Jesse Love and Austin Hill this year in their Cup starts.

He also was Hill’s crew chief in the NASCAR Xfinity Series from 2022-2024, leading Hill to 10 total wins over those three seasons. Before that, he stood atop the pit box for Myatt Snider in the No. 2 in 2021.

Burnett is set to be Connor Zilisch’s crew chief in 2026. He was led Tyler Reddick’s team from 2020-2022 and Busch from 2023-2025.

Busch has two top fives and eight top 10s so far this season.
