Josh Williams Out at Kaulig

Josh Williams will no longer be the driver of Kaulig Racing’s No. 11 in the NASCAR Xfinity Series, the team announced July 30.

Carson Hocevar is in the No. 11 this weekend at Iowa Speedway in place of Williams.

According to a post from Kaulig, the No. 11 will have multiple drivers for the remaining 12 races of the 2025 Xfinity schedule.

“As most of you have seen, Kaulig Racing has made the decision to release me for the remainder of the season,” Williams said in a statement on X. This has been a difficult day for my family, friends, long-time partners and fans, whom I can’t thank enough for standing by my side through all of this.

“We will be back soon and looking forward to a much brighter chapter in my racing career. I wish nothing but the best for my guys on the [No.] 11 team.”

In 21 races with Kaulig this season, Williams is 19th in points with two top 10s.

He joined the team in 2024, scoring four top 10s last year.
