Corey Heim will substitute for Jake Finch in the ARCA Menards Series race at Michigan International Speedway, Venturini Motorsports announced June 6.
Heim will drive the No. 25 in his 44th ARCA start.
Finch was set to make his third ARCA start in 2025 with Venturini, with a best finish of seventh on the season.
Venturini’s announcement did not indicate why Finch was out of the seat, but according to FOX Sports’ Bob Pockrass, Finch told him he has a “viral infection.”
Heim will make his first ARCA start since 2022, having nine career wins, including a six-victory season in 2021. Much of his ARCA career was spent driving for Venturini.
Heim is the points leader in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, with four wins for TRICON Garage.
