Entry Lists: IMSA at Mid-Ohio

For Sunday’s O’Reilly Auto Parts 4 Hours of Mid-Ohio, there are 38 teams entered. This is down two teams from the last round at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca.

The Grand Sport class has 23 teams entered, down one from Laguna Seca. Teams are not entered include Czabok Simpson Motorsports’ No. 3 Porsche, LAP Motorsports’ Ford Mustang GT4 and CDR Valkyrie’s Porsche.

CSM will still have three cars in Mid-Ohio, but there has been a number change. The entry list indicates that in addition to their Nos. 2 and 67 Porsches, they will also field the No. 16 for Zach Veach and Harrison Goodman.

Goodman and Veach previously drove a Toyota GR Supra GT4 for Hattori Motorsports at Daytona and Sebring. However, team owner Shigeaki Hattori died in a car accident in Mooresville, N.C. back in April.

Since this is the second and final four-hour Pilot Challenge race of the year, teams are allowed to have three driver lineups. BGB Motorsports is back for their final start of the year and have brought in Andy Lally to drive. Lally, the current president of Trans-Am, retired from racing in the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship back in January.

KohR Motorsports has also entered a second car. Team owner Dean Martin will share it with Christian Bach and Marco Signoretti.

TCR will have 15 teams entered entered, down from 16 at Laguna Seca. Gou Racing is not entered with their Cupra VZ, while Road Shagger Racing is not making the trip to Ohio.

Jaden Conwright will be in the Speed Syndicate Audi alongside Luke Rumburg, replacing Nick Galante. Honda of America Racing Team (HART) is also back for their hometown race (they’re based out of a complex adjacent to the Honda factory in Marysville, Oh.).
