Lavar Scott and crew chief Glenn Parker have both been issued penalties following the ARCA Menards Series race at Charlotte Motor Speedway, the series announced May 28.
Parker has been fined $1,500 and placed on probation for the remainder of the 2025 season, while Scott and Rev Racing team owner Max Siegel have been issued a points penalty of six championship points.
The penalty stems from a violation of the minimum/maximum roof height.
Scott currently leads the points with four top fives and five top-10 finishes following his third-place finish at Charlotte.
