Brad Keselowski wins the pole for the All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro Speedway with a total speed of 77.264 mph on Friday (May 16). Shane van Gisbergen took the Pole for the All-Star Open with a 76.112 mph.
Joe Gibbs Racing’s Christopher Bell was second fastest and will start first in the second of two heat races.
Heat one will feature Keselowski, Alex Bowman, William Byron, Austin Dillon and Tyler Reddick starting first through fifth, respectively.
Heat two will consist of Bell, Chase Briscoe, Joey Logano, Denny Hamlin and Chase Elliott starting first through fifth in order.
All-Star Race Qualifying Results
Gisbergen’s All-Star Open Pole came over Spire Motorsports’ Carson Hocevar in second and Front Row Motorsports driver Noah Gragson.
Michael McDowell will start fourth with Ryan Preece lining up in the fifth position. McDowell’s pit crew claimed the All-Star Pit Crew Challenge with the fastest pit stop time of 12.587 seconds. The team wins $100,000 with the feat.
Zane Smith, Justin Haley, John Hunter Nemechek, Ty Gibbs and Ty Dillion will start sixth through 10th, respectively.
