Ty Majeski and Ben Rhodes will each be sponsored by Overplay for one NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race apiece, ThorSport Racing announced May 14.
Majeski will have Overplay aboard his No. 98 Ford at Charlotte Motor Speedway on May 23. Then, in October, Overplay will be on Rhodes’ No. 99 at the Charlotte Motor Speedway ROVAL.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be supporting two great drivers — Ty Majeski and Ben Rhodes – through our partnership with ThorSport Racing,” Caroline Strzalka, Co-Founder at Overplay, said in a release. “Using drivers’ POV videos that have been converted into games, for the first time ever, fans can experience what it feels like to get behind the wheel with truck racing champions. We could not be happier to see the Overplay logo gracing some of the fastest trucks during the NASCAR Truck Series.”
Defending champion Majeski has two top fives and four top 10s in nine races so far and sits sixth in the point standings.
Rhodes has the same amount of top fives and 10s as his teammate, though he’s 10th in points.
