Cup Standings After Las Vegas
In a NASCAR Cup Series race that featured a record 32 lead changes at Las Vegas Motor Speedway (breaking the prior record of 28 set in 2007), it was Josh Berry who pulled off the stunning victory, passing Daniel Suarez with 16 laps to go to score his first Cup win and the Wood Brothers’ 101st.
Berry is the first driver in Cup history to win their first race at Las Vegas, and he’ll qualify for the 2025 playoffs in his second full-time season as a Cup driver.
Christopher Bell’s bid to win four consecutive races came up short in 12th place. William Byron finished fourth to extend his regular season points lead over Bell.
